If you convert a PNG with transparency to JPG, remember that JPG has no alpha channel. The transparent area will be flattened, typically to a solid background, so check the result if transparency matters to you. Also keep in mind that converting between lossy formats (for example JPG to WebP) results in a fresh re-encode, so use your highest-quality source image whenever possible.
